We recruit Graduates for roles across the organisation including in our Software Development Teams, Marketing, Sales & Finance.
Career Path Change
Perhaps you want to move from one industry to ours… if you have what we are looking for then maybe we have what you are looking for. Development is important to us, so why would we rule out such a huge proportion of potential candidates!
Year in Industry
Offering valuable experience for university students studying in relevant fields. Some of our current employees started on a Year In Industry placement, and are still with us after completing their studies.
Entry Level Role
We don’t only provide opportunities for Graduates, as we know not everyone chooses to go to University! Our roles are open to anyone with the relevant set of skills, we reach out across various networks and are always looking for more ways to attract a diverse range of talent.
Internship/Work Experience
We provide paid internship opportunities as a way for individuals to try out an area of work, gain some valuable experience and also to add diversity into our organisation.
Experienced Role
For those with relevant experience who are looking for a new role, a different type of challenge, a company with shared values and an excellent work ethic.
Apprenticeship
We offer apprenticeships as a way of giving a practical opportunity to gain experience, skills, whilst working towards a qualification on the job! Apprenticeships can also be used for experienced employees who wish to undertake further training for their career path.
Nexus Alpha is an official Apprenticeship provider; we believe Apprenticeships are an exciting option which can benefit both the Apprentice and our organisation. Apprenticeships provide a route to career where you can learn, gain valuable work experience and obtain a recognised qualification. They are available at multiple levels, from school leavers, college leavers, current employees upskilling, and complete career changes. Apprenticeships provide a productive and effective way to grow talent and develop a motivated, skilled, diverse and qualified workforce .
We have recently launched our first Degree Apprenticeship in partnership with the University of West London.
